Our Commitment To You

All assignments are undertaken after a thorough discussion with the client about the possible costs and outcomes to help them make an informed decision based on the benefits of engaging us. A brief initial consultation is free, but a detailed formal consultation may be charged for. Following this, a formal agreement is signed according to the nature of the assignment either as an invoice for a one-off job, or a service level contract for a continuing task. Five gems will continue to coordinate the work of any third party or professionals that our client is referred to given that the agreement to ensure a quality service is maintained and our ultimate aim of providing value for money is achieved. 5 gems will reimburse the cost of formal consultation if we reach an agreement to take up the assignment further. Due to the professional affiliations of our management, 5 gems is committed to the standards and best practices of relevant professional bodies like CMI, CIH and RICS.
